I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at The Daily Sun in January 2011.

Interview Details – My cousin was my boss and my interviewer. He asked me to edit an article within 1 hr which I did to his obvious satisfaction as I was offered a position at the newspaper and joined the next day.

Interview Questions

  • Can you translate articles from Bengali to english?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – It was a take it or leave it kind of negotiation. I was offered a salary but not given room to negotiate!
