It was three interview process including a phone interview. The phone interview was easy not hard. the second interview included a test (easy) and interview with the human resource. Intense interview a lot of question on why you want to work here and if you can work the long hours. I Interview at the charleston location great help from the first human resource or hiring manger, He had very usefyl critiques on the resume. However, the final interview was probably the worst experience which was with the hiring manger. The hiring manger was not engaging and very dull. The whole conversation was pretty awkward because she was not good at engaging in a conversation and not very responsive.

Applied at midnight and received a phone call 8 AM that very day. The recruiter expressed that he would like to interview me the next day and sent me a few links from youtube.com. The recruiter seemed to have a speech impediment.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a weekinterviewed at Total Quality Logistics in December 2014.

Whole process about 7 business days. Typical 1st phone screen and 2nd phone/web interview which was a little more in depth, but nothing unusual.

3rd interview was a complete joke and a waste of time at this particular office. You are put to shadow whoever they can find at the moment that's willing to have you sit with them and put on a dual headset - no organization what-so-ever. In my case, it was 2 people for 30 minutes each who haven't even been there 9 months. Then once the almighty juvenile of a hiring manager was ready for me I proceeded for the face-to-face interview. No joke here, the first thing he says is "I'm not too familiar with the recruiter" who was actually a national expansion recruiter for his own company. Then proceeds to ask me for a couple blank resumes. Immediate red flag in my mind. I don't doubt for a minute this was the first time he'd really taken a look at my background. The questions are basic and not too insightful, a lot of behavioral nonsense, and also harping on negatives of the business by the hiring manager. Of course I put a positive spin on everything negative he had to say, and alluded to how I'm competitive and embrace challenge, especially when my pockets will be lined by my merits alone. After about 20-25 minutes tops this moron makes an inference from left field and says "I think you're looking for __________ type of position."

Yea, you're right, I must be sitting here for comparisons sake, or to see if I knew what the position entailed...What a joke and waste of my time. Worst interviewer I've probably ever sat with...This was after 2 phone interviews, an online assessment, sales pitch VM and a homework assignment (which never even reached light of day outside my folder). I seriously wouldn't have come in for a 2 hour final interview if I wasn't sure about the position or what I was looking for. Apparently this head honcho is a little too high on his horse and should stick to selling, not interviewing.

I've never had someone tell me what type of job I'm looking for during an interview...especially considering the statement was baseless, and I didn't even articulate upon anything that could lead him to that conclusion. If I wasn't right for the position that's fine, but we were nowhere near deep enough into the interview for him to assess that. I prompted myself to leave shortly after the bogus comment, as I wasn't about to sit there and defend my candidacy against pre-conceived judgements.

Please save your time and aggravation unless you're dead set on being a 3rd party logistics provider. This was hands down the most unprofessional, unorganized and condescending interview experience I've had.

Met at a Job Fair and interviewed the next day onsite. Followed up and received a phone interview. Next I did a video interview with the same woman. To this point the interviews were basically just feeling me out, getting to know me and figuring out if I would be good at sales. I showed interest in the Chicago office and received an onsite interview. Had to complete an assignment finding distributes and carriers before the on-site. 1st I shadowed 2 people, one trainee and one more experienced LAE. I liked it to this point but realized it would be a ton of work to make $$$ in terms of building a book of business. Nothing wrong with that but its just a fact of the job. Interviewed with 2 managers. One was very abrasive in his questioning but it wasn't terrible. Similar to the original, felt me out, and asked why sales.

They called a day or two after applying online to set up the phone interview and ended up scheduling it for later that day. Phone interview was very basic, a little background about yourself and why you are applying for the position. Afterwards they brought me in for what was going to be a 4 hour on-site interview that starts with a short informational video. You then leave a voicemail with a sales pitch for why you are a good fit for the position and take a brief test before getting time to spend with some of the current employees to ask questions. Usually this on-site portion is split into two 2 hour days, but since I lived several hours away it was all one day. I then was going to interview with the hiring manager but I told them the position wasn't a good fit for me so my interview was over at that point.

The process was lengthy and in depth. There was more than one interview and simple on-line test to take. Communication on what was needed (homework assignment) was well defined.

Well I called the recruiter when a friend told me about the job. The recruiter was nice and all. Had a phone interview basically talking about the job. Next a hirevue (Skype) interview with her, basically talking about my resume. Did an assignment for the next interview which took forever asking about products and distributors. Then waited 4 weeks for the last interview. Drove about 2 hours to an office near me, shadowed two guys both telling me the job was terrible and it was too saturated. Then a Hirevue with the hiring manager. Did not ask me anything really in depth just about my experience. Then 1 week later an automatic email saying i didnt have qualifications for the job... you would think they would look over that in the first interview

1 week process. Phone screen interview, apparently I'm not qualified for the position they sent me a polity email stating that I'm not what they are looking for. They call me first to set a date for a phone interview and the phone interview should last between 10 to 15 minutes and is an average short interview they did not asked me many question. I believe I'm not what they were looking for.

Was contacted by a recruiter several times. Started out with two phone interviews, the first was just asking about my resume, and the second asked behavioral questions. They then bring you in for a face-to-face interview with the recruiter and have you take a test to make sure you're not braindead. Final interview is with the sales manager of the branch you are applying for.
