    Interview

I applied for the Senior account executive position, recruiters calls me gushing about my resume. We get to talking and I give them my requirements knowing there's a number in my head I'll compromise with. Well I talk to my potential manager, then he has me to talk to his boss who tells me the actual position I applied for wasn't actually available and they posted it to get applicants in the door.....recruiter calls me and tells me offer is ready to be made, I think great! Well the offer was really low, not sure how anyone could live off of that salary. They said they were fighting to get more by kept pushing me to sign offer letter. I will not sign an offer without a firm offer. Never heard back from them!

    Interview

No good questions. Not challenging. Didn't do their homework. I was a shoe in for the job. They had decided before I arrived I was the man. I had more education than any other manager and people were threatened by it. My young age was an issue early

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at Tyco in February 2015.

    Interview

I applied online through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. The staffing agency has been horrendous throughout this entire process, kudos to Tyco for sticking with me. The interviewer didn't really ask a question, she just explained the position for an hour. The position is very overwhelming, but the interviewer explained it very well. She only asked very generic predictable questions, and even when I tried to answer she steamrolled me and went back into describing the position's duties.

    Interview

Overall, pretty typical interview. Did one in person interview with someone from hr, and then one phone interview with an engineering manager. Both interviews were easy and just basic interview questions. Nothing technical came up in either of my interviews.
