Very Easy Interview
I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at U.S. Bank in April 2012.
Interview Details – Interview with management is too dry. Your expectations are not satisfied but as a large corporation as US Bank you would like to give a shot.
Interview Question – There was no difficult questions. Plain and straight forward. If you are determined person, you would not have any problems answering any questions. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation. You can take what they offer or forget about the job.

Interview Details – Arrive early and in professional attire (tie, slacks). Interview was relaxed, and involved discussing prior experience, strengths and weaknesses. They were looking for competence and an ability to be friendly and outgoing.

Interview Details – i had my first interview in January of 2013. i was not hired because they hired internally. the manager promised to call me if they had another opening. i was checking for opening almost every day. as soon as i saw an open position for the specific branch, which was in May, i applied, and the manager called me the next day. i knew she remembered me because she pronounced my name correct! thats a big deal. we set up an interview for the next day. and the morning after that she called me and offered me the job.

Interview Details – I was called and asked for a face-to-face interview. They follow a structured interview sheet with very basic question. I was than called for a second interview with a different manager.

Interview Details – Gon Interviewd by the Lead Teller and the Assistant Manager, went fairly smooth. They asked me about my customer service experience, cash handleling experience, and sales experience.

Very Easy Interview
I applied online and the process took 4 weeks - interviewed at U.S. Bank in February 2014.
Interview Details – First a phone interview. It was quick and concise. More about gaining a feel for your personality. Scheduled a face to face interview for later that week. Interviewed with chief teller and branch manager. Then reference checks. 1 Week later another call with an offer. And for those wondering they do an FBI background check which includes but not limited to fingerprinting.

Negotiation Details – Was an offer for $11 an hour plus benefits including a $5000 tuition assistance per year!

Interview Details – I was contacted by the Branch manager that set up the first interview. The interview was schedule for the following days. I had two managers present in the process, and was told that this was the bank process. The start with broad background question and then follow with a bank questionnaire.
