I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at UPS in April 2014.

Interview Details – Applied on line. Received an email that they were accepting applications for the position. I applied on line and almost immediately received a time and place for the interview. Interview went well, I thought. I was told they have others to interview and they would let me know if I were one of the few selected. No response for those that did not make the cut. After thinking about her statement that the probability of this turning into a permanent full-time job in the near future was not very high due to the competitive nature of employees wanting this job, I emailed my request to with draw from the selection process. Interviewer was very pleasant and down-to-earth. Easy questions and a quick process.

Part Time Package Handler Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate
Riviera Beach, FL

I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at UPS in March 2014.

Interview Details – Applied online, was set up for facility tour after application was submitted. Showed up at 6am with about 11 other applicants. We were brought into a room, given a job description and then taken to the trucks. We were broken off into 3 small groups to go into trucks and have job described to us. Took about an hour all together. After we were finished HR rep concluded the tour and sent us all home saying they would call us if we were going to go further. 2 people talked to HR rep and went back inside. We were not given the opportunity to speak with her or follow up in any way. I was extremely dissapointed and dissatisfied at this treatment.

I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at UPS in March 2014.

Interview Details – I filled the application online, went for two interviews. The first interview was basically some stuff they wanted to confirm liked name, address, phone number, etc. One question I got asked was, Why did you apply for the job?. The second interview I went to was a tour of the facility, were they show you how the job is being done. At the end of the interview they gave me a sheet of paper where they told me to call someone back for a star date. I'm still waiting to be called back.

Seasonal Driver Helper Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate
Bucyrus, OH

I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at UPS in October 2013.

Interview Details – Applied online. As soon as the application was finished, an initial group interview was scheduled the next day. The group was about 8-10 people and started out with an overview of both driver and driver helper positions. After the overview, one-on-one interviews began. Each person was called up name by name and the interview lasted no more than 10 minutes. Typical questions were asked such as experience, why you picked to apply at UPS, any disabilities and to my knowledge, just about anyone who applies has a good chance at receiving a job. (Especially if it's seasonal.)

Interview Question – There wasn't a difficult question.   Answer Question
