    Phone interview with recruiter. Was able to fully assess my skills over the phone. Interview felted rushed. Was not fuller clear on the job requirements which were very broad. Interview did not seem qualified to interview for the position being offered. No follow up. Face to face interviews are best for me and serve a better purpose,

    straightforward process, worked with recruiter and filled out/submitted necessary paperwork in timely manner to expedite entry process. Contacted recruiter on a weekly basis at minimum to ensure paperwork did not get lost or fall through the cracks

    Find an Army recruiter and ask them what options they have for you. Also ask for what jobs are available in the Army. Must be knowledgeable about the ARMY before going to the recruiting station so the recruiter doesn't try to manipulate you. Make sure to do some research before going into the recruiting station and know what you want to do in the Army.
