    The interview process consisted of taking a test that judged the basic knowledge of the candidate. Questions related to map reading and ability to recognize and use basic numbers and math. The test was around 30 questions, with a passing score being about 66%.

    Interview Details

    You took a test and then they called and gave you a job offer if you were qualified. It is based on test score first and then the date you applied. so the person with the highest test score would be offered employment. If several people had same test score then they went by the date applied. They also pay for mileage so where you live also may determine if you get hired or not.
