Interview Details – The interview process is fairly simple. It will be held depending on what geographical area they are looking to have a consultant. They will schedule a 1 on 1 with the human resources. it's your standard HR interview, with a lot of questions related to personality, job experience. After meeting the HR director, they will you back for a face to face interview with an operations manager. They send you a topic related to manufacturing process for which you would have to present a powerpoint on how you can make improvements.

Interview Question – How would you feel going into a mine?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – It's simple, not much of negotiation, they tell you outright, how much they will be paying.
