I applied in-person and the process took 1+ week - interviewed at University of Washington in November 2008.

Interview Details – the hiring process include a full day interview with the lab Principal Investigator and the lab members.

Interview Question – now that you finished your graduate school, you will need to work independently on your project, do you feel you can make this transition? why do you think that?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – there was no negotiation for me, I was applying to a post doc positions and the salary is based on NIH guidelines....which is very low
