    I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months - interviewed at Victoria, AU in March 2010.

    Interview Details

    First it consist a phone interview which asked about yourself, what type of person you are, and your experience etc. It will also ask you questions about how well you understand the department that you applying, so do your research.

    It will then require a Panel Interview which consist your future direct in-line manager, department manager, and HR manager. They will again ask question like how well you understand the department and the role you applying. They will also give you a role play whereby to provide a solution/ recommendation for a case.The last bit of this Panel Interview will be asking you to name 3 most important principles when work for this organisation.

    If you success, they will then require you to undertake a police check (they will cover the cost), after they make sure that you are nice and clean they will contact you via email for your starting date.
