Interviewed at Visa Inc.
Interview Details – Started with a phone screen with the recruiter and then two interviews with two business leaders in the department. Questions both on the phone and in person were pretty easy: tell me about yourself, five year plan, go over the resume, why are you interested/ how are you a good fit for this team, etc.
Interview Question – Nothing really difficult. Hardest for me was when they asked about the specific position and what I knew about it. (A little difficult because the position I was interviewing for was a small team that has a very specific function most people aren't trying to get into.) Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Did not negotiate because their hourly wage was fairly standard (if not a bit better) than the average pay for a student in college.
