    It was a telephone interview. not too long about 30 to 45mins I answered all my questions correctly one of the questions was tell me about yourself and the difference between a good employee and an exceptional employee, at the end of the interview she told me I passed. That I will have to come to there office close to dandy mall for the face to face interview, she gave me the date and time.

I had 1 on-campus interview and 3 rounds of onsite interviews. the turn over time between 1st round and second round was more than 1 month time. on-campus interview panel consisted of one technical expert and HR personnel. It was behavioral round. subsequent rounds were based on case study

    Got through multiple round s of interviews after which they sent offer. Then out of blue HR sends email retrieving the offer. There was no reason, negotiation or apology of any kind. Very Unprofessional. Heard similar story with another acquaintance later on. Glad I didn’t inform my current employer and had other offers on the table.

    Extremely long hiring process: technical interview with hiring manager followed by a CBI-based HR interview followed by business interview with the senior manager. All questions were typical questions. E.g. How do you see yourself in 5 years ? why should we hire you ? why do you want to leave your company ? what is your current salary or what is your expected salary ?

    I faced 2 rounds of interview, 1st one being Telephonic and 2nd one was a video conference. In the Telephonic round I was asked about the kind of work I had done and also given few problem scenarios to solve. Second round was mostly a discussion on work experience so far, career goals, long term plans, reason for job change. Both the rounds were more of discussions rather than interview rounds. The entire process happened very fast.

    Interview

    The recruiter found me through Linkedin. He contacted me and performed a screening interview. He sent me information about the position and setup a phone interview with hiring manager. After that interview, I found several current Vodafone employees that I previously worked with and called them to vet the company. Then a second interview via video conference interview was held with the hiring manager.
