The process has probably changed by now, since the MGT position was eliminated, but I received a call from the district manager, and had two interviews with different store managers before my final interview with the district manager.

I applied online – interviewed at Walgreens in July 2014.

Hiring manager very non attentive during interview. Cell phone went off several times so she missed some answers that were given. It felt like the interview was over before it began. I was very shocked at the unprofessional attitude displayed by someone who holds such a high position there.

Had a job fair at my university. Three of the top store managers in the my district came to talk to people about opportunities. I left them my name and two days later got a call asking if I wanted a job. I went into the store that needed a position filled. Talked to the store manager for 5 minutes and then handed me my drug test form.

I applied online. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Walgreens in July 2013.

    Interview Details

The process involved a Kenexa skills test and then a following interview with a manager. Very straightforward interview with standard questions like what do you know about our company and how you resolved a situation of conflict with another employee. References were asked for at the end of the interview and a phone call was given a couple days after.

Saw a job posting at the local college and signed up for a interview. Was interviewed at the college and then had a second interview at the district managers office. Felt like the district manager was either testing me or didn't remember me as he asked me the same questions both interviews.
