Very Easy Interview
I applied through college or university and the process took 4 days - interviewed at Walgreens.
Interview Details – Had a job fair at my university. Three of the top store managers in the my district came to talk to people about opportunities. I left them my name and two days later got a call asking if I wanted a job. I went into the store that needed a position filled. Talked to the store manager for 5 minutes and then handed me my drug test form.

Negotiation Details – Starting wage was firm.
I applied through other source and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Walgreens in December 2013.
Interview Details – I applied for the ASM-T position 10/26/2013, I received confirmation 11/13/2013 that I was selected to move on to the 2nd portion of the testing ( Math ). I took the test 11/21/2013. 11/29/2013 I was told my interview would be held 12/02/2013.
Interview Question – The questions weren't as I expected, they were way more specific/detailed and rather confusing Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation, I was offered $16.50
I applied online and the process took 2 months - interviewed at Walgreens in November 2013.
Interview Details – it took over a month after first interview, then got a second interview. the process was much to long, and I had to call them back

Negotiation Details – they do not negotiate. straight pay hourly and everyone starts at the same base.

Interview Details – Submitted resume through a campus site for on-campus interviewing. I was then selected and interviewed with a current store manager a week later. The interview went well in my opinion, waiting to hear back from interviewer.
Interview Question – All questions were specific "tell me about a time when". Be sure to have concrete examples/practice. Answer Question

Interview Details – Drove to Corporate location in CA. Just went into a cubicle, took some on-line tests and when I came out, they offered me the job. I did know someone who worked there, so that helped, I think. They were really hiring people out of 4 yr college at the time.

Reason for Declining – Wasn't really the job for me> heard the company is pretty bad now.

Interview Details – This was a one time interview in the District Office, which happened to be a 3 hour drive in this case. The interview was not difficult. After a brief thirty minute interview I was sent home. In about a week I received an e-mail that I was being offered a position at a salary of 15.82. This was with never even visiting the store that I would work at, or talking to the manager that I would work for. Unfortunately, this led to a huge personality conflict that made it almost impossible to work, and left a bad taste in my mouth regarding this company.
Interview Question – The most difficult question for me is always the "tell me where you see yourself in 5 years" question. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation. The offer was the offer and there was no changing it.

Interview Details – I had the interview a few years back...it was very simple they asked me a few very basic interview questions, it was a panel interview of the District Manager and 2 store managers. Overall it was a real peice of cake. Got a call a few days later and i took took the job.

Interview Details – First round interview on site with the store manager - relatively informal with the majority of the questions surrounding past experiences and reasons why I'm applying for the job. The second round interview was with the regional director who asked similar questions initially and then began to focus on situational questions and customer-oriented interaction experience.
Interview Question – Talk about a situation that you played a major role in the solution but did not benefit from recognition. Answer Question
Very Easy Interview
I applied in-person and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Walgreens in September 2013.
Interview Details – Hiring process was very simple. However, I did have to make a useless 2 hour drive for a meeting with a store manager that lasted all of 6 minutes. All in all, seamless and simple process to complete.
Negotiation Details – There was none
