Interview Details – The interview was straight to the point. All the questions that were asked was more personality questions. Recieved a call from the Community Leader about a week later offering a position. Was very suprised and happy to get an offer. The process began with an online application, a skills and personality test on a computer with basic math and other questions. Once you complete that I interviewed with 2 Community Leaders ( who are Store Managers over a couple of stores). I got a call a few days later stating that I was being offered a position.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Denver, CO Jan 2009 – Reviewed Jan 24, 2011
Interview Details –
first interview was conducted at a store with a community manager. Asked basic questions that pertains to the position. Took a skills test, last about ten minutes. After that had a second interview setup with another store manager who also was a community leader. Had to go and get a drug test that instance, then they would call after that. All in all went good but did take a few weeks to get started, sayed one date but went past that.
Had to dress to impress. Make sure you bring resume, even to the second interview. You can tell pretty quick if your gonna get hired or not, they don't beat around the bush.

Interview Details – Hiring process was very complicated and I was given the run around for days at a time. I had two separate interviews by people without hiring power and never even met the guy who had the hiring power until I haad been with the company for 6 weeks. Overall it was a very convoluted process.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Champaign, IL May 2008 – Reviewed Aug 30, 2010
Interview Details – I was first interviewed by a Community Leader. Very informal. Hardly would consider this an interview. Follow up consisted of an interview with the District Manager. Showed up on a Saturday morning, in full suit and tie, etc., he comes in in blue jeans and t-shirt. He tried to get deep probing questions, tried to get me to become flustered. By far the oddest interview I have ever been on.
Interview Question – Who was a major influence in your life? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Not much negotiation. Either you take their offer or you don't.
No Offer – Interviewed in Norwich, CT Apr 2010 – Reviewed Jun 1, 2010
Interview Details – Applied for EXA (currently an MGT). Was interviewed by a panel of three store managers in district office after taking a fairly easy math test. Interview took about 20 minutes. Questions were operational in nature and not difficult. Interviewer seemed more nervous than me. One mostly asked the questions, the others listened and took notes. Supposedly everyone was asked the same questions and graded on them. The questions were fair and not too jarring. Only one was behavioral in nature. Overall pretty easy.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Saint Louis, MO Jul 2008 – Reviewed Apr 13, 2010
Interview Details – Pretty easy interview. As long as you have a resume and dress business like you will probably get the job. You are supposed to interview with a manger and then a second interview with the district manager. Sometime they will skip the second interview and offer you the job.
