I applied through college or university. The process took a day - interviewed at Walmart in February 2011.

    Interview Details

The interview only lasted 30-45 minutes and was 2:1. The interviewers were extremely down-to-earth, and the primary focus was behavioral with some indirect questions on "walk me through your resume" and "why Wal-Mart?"

Beyond that there was a very light case question about a particular WMT private label brand and how I would market it given four potential options.
