Interview Details – At the panel interviews make sure to dress sharp. All the men wore suits and the women wore something equivalent. The two people that did not dress business professional were in the group of people that did not get a job offer.

Interview Details – The hiring process is pretty simple. Applications are done online and you then go through the testing process. After you have passed the evaluation, you are contacted by HR and then interview by a Store Manager. Pretty basic.

Interview Details – Questions are asked with each answer being categorized on the Walmart scale of: Needs Development (lowest) on one side and Role Model (highest) on the other side. Typically role model is never given to candidates based on "principle". How you answer determines where you are placed on the scale. If you answer with an "I trained or supervised people" tilt then you will be ranked higher.
