Interview Details – Promotes almost exclusively from within but will hire externally for hard to staff locations

Interview Question – Follows STAR interview format. Name a time you had difficulty solving a problem and the answer wasn't immediately obvious, etc. Develop your answers to highlight or demonstrate a high level of integrity.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Base is set for $38,000 for Non Metro Assistant Managers & $43,000 for Metro Assistant Managers starting with annual raises

Interview Details – I applied internally which consisted of taking a test and submitting an application on-line. Human Resources will forward your application to the stores that you applied for. The store manager will compare you to the other qualified candidates and then interview 3 applicants

Interview Question – Tell me about a time when you faced major obstacles. What was the situation? What steps did you take to resolve the obstacles? What was the result?   Answer Question

Interview Details – I got the interview opportunity through a campus career fair. The interview was the next day after the fair, It was about 30 mins, mainly behavioral-based questions. Highly recommend to use your own experience to answer those questions.

Interview Question – The interviewers really wanted as detail as possible. They would keep asking about the situations and what steps I took if I hadn't mentioned them in my answers.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – I was not able to negotiate.
