Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company.

Interview

I received a phone call within a week, during which we went through the job requirements one-by-one and verified that I met all of them. Later, I received another call to interview in person. It was pretty laid-back, and I was shown a detailed look at the office and where I would be working. I was informed that there might be a third interview, but that they'd have to interview the other candidates first to be sure. Within two weeks, I got a call with the offer, and two weeks later I began at Disney!

Negotiation

I attempted to negotiate, but it seems that intern wages are mostly predetermined.
