I applied online – interviewed at Wayne State.

Interview was very smooth. Secretary was very helpful in scheduling the time back and forth. Most questions were focused on the job descriptions, like former experience, skills, etc. Not many out-of-box questions in the process. Interview team was very nice and warm. Definitely a great place to begin your career.

I applied online. The process took a dayinterviewed at Wayne State in March 2009.

    Interview Details

Applying for any job begins online. I received a telephone to call to set up the interview. The interview consisted of a one to one meeting with a supervisor (unsure of exact title), and two weeks later, I was informed that the position had been filled by someone other than myself.

    Developer Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Wayne State.

    Interview Details

I was notified of an available position by a friend and told who to contact. I sent an email with resume attached and a brief cover letter. I also left a message with the point of contact simply stating i had been given his name by a friend and told to email and call. My email was returned rather quickly and i received a call to set up an interview. The interview was professional but not tense. The interviewer was polite and it was more like a discussion of what the job would entail and how my education and work experience might suit their needs.

    Interview Questions
    • None of the cliche "what is your worst quality?" questions. Probably the most difficult question related to how i would overcome my lack of a financial background if i were to receive the job.   Answer Question
