Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Boston, MA Dec 2011 – Reviewed Dec 17, 2011

Interview Details – I loved Wellington from the beginning! Interviewers over the phone were super nice and resourceful. During the final round, I met with 6 people, including my potential boss who was also very nice. They asked basically every fit/behavioral question out there but kept it very personalized. I enjoyed learning about them too!!

Interview Question – Give me a situation when you had to deal with a difficult team member.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – No need. I think it's generous and one of the best in the industry.
