I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Wells Fargo in June 2012.
Interview Details – Initial contact was a phone interview with the recruiter. Then it was a 2nd interview with the team leader/business banking manager, and then a final panel interview with the market manager, team leader, and an underwriter from credit.
Reason for Declining – Accepted another offer elsewhere.
I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Wells Fargo in August 2008.
Interview Details – I interviewed as an internal hire from Wells Fargo Financial to a smaller town and was among a small pool of interviewees. I had one sit-down face-to-face interview with the Business Banking manager and was contacted 2 weeks later notifying me that I was being offered the job. I was sent to training in and out of town for the next year and enjoyed the process.

Negotiation Details – They offered their "top end", I asked for a moving allowance on top of it (10%), and we agreed.
I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at Wells Fargo in April 2009.
Interview Details – I had two meetings prior to the panel interview.
Reason for Declining – I did not prepaid much as I had already received an offer better than the salary range posted.
