    Application

The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Wells Fargo (Oakland, CA) in April 2011.

    Interview

Applied online, did a brief 20 minute phone interview, and was invited to the final panel interview a week later. A lot of fit and skill set matching questions, relatively easy. They did a relatively comprehensive overview of the interview process through a conference call in planning session that all the applicants who made it to final round were invited to. Definitely strongly encouraged to attend, even though it lasts for about an hour.
