Interview Details – First round interview consisted of dual back to back 30 minute interviews, one with someone in the position and one with HR. Interviews consisted mainly of behaviorial questions ("Tell me about a time when...") and personal questions ("Where do you see yourself..."). Questions were a little more difficult than I expected; they were definitely trying to see if you did your research ("What do you think Whirpool's best innovation in the last two years has been?"). The people seemed kind of bland and down to business and business only; I didn't feel like they were trying to get to know me as a person.
