Declined Offer – Interviewed in Bangalore (India) Sep 2012 – Reviewed May 20, 2013 New

Interview Details – There were two to three rounds depending on the candidate and the interviewer. Those having good academic record (80% BE, 75% 10th and 12th) were not required to give the first round. The second round consisted of pure technical for some candidates and technical cum HR for few other. HR questions were fairly straightforward. Technical questions were a mix of easy and difficult ones. Overall I had only one round but had to write an essay on a recent debatable topic.

Interview Question – Do you know what is Oracle RAC?   View Answer

Reason for Declining – I got a better offer from another company.
