    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Wynn Resorts (Las Vegas, NV) in March 2015.

    Interview

I applied online and was contacted the same day for an interview that was held just 3 days later. The first thing they do is a tattoo screening. Then they have all the girls (about 25) sit in a room and face 4 higher ups. They asked one question then called each girl up one by one to give their best answer. 5 girls were chosen and 3 of them knew or were related to people that already worked at the Wynn. I feel it was an unfair interview because it's all about who you know.

    Interview

Apply online. Get an invitation for a group interview/meet and greet. There's about 100+ applicants. They have you fill out a small piece of paper with your name and and few other questions and they give u a number. Then you line up 10 at a time to go and talk to one of 4 interviewers. They look at YOU, determine your not a good fit and say some b.s. line like, "we'll give you a call if someone is interested. " all the while taking the ones that's more "appropriate" looking to the back to speak to a manager and maybe get a chance at the job. They don't ask any interview questions, they're definitely not interested in what you say or can bring to the company. Just want to see if you fit into what they qualify as beautiful. if you have the resume, make sure you have the face to match. Or else you'll be put into the, "someone will call you," pile. Good luck!

I applied online. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at Wynn Resorts (Las Vegas, NV) in January 2015.

    Interview

I applied online and three weeks later was sent an invitation for a group interview. Arrive at the Employment Center 15 mins early and find your name tag. We were taken into a room and seated in front of a few managers and an HR rep. We were asked to individually stand up and either tell something about ourselves or give a customer service experience. The managers leave and decide who will stay and who will be sent home. I was sent home and SHOCKED because majority of the people that were kept rambled on with no point, couldn't speak English well, said "like"every third word and were generally very young ( I am only 25 ). I actually thought the group that was called to stay were the ones being sent home. There were a few people in my group sent home that shouldn't have been either IMO. My husband had the exact same experience as mine, both of us have high end hotel experience, as well as a referral from a current Wynn employee. This leads me to believe that unless your referral is coming from an executive or high up manager ( or you luckily happen to be in the hiring process when there are no referrals) you will not be getting a job here. I have been invited to a few other group interviews that I will not be attending as I am turned off from the Wynn. Experience, demeanor, and skill are not valid here. Get lucky or know someone important.

    Interview

Arrived at the hiring center in paradise. Then a member if the interview panel paired all of us, candidates, to talk an l among itself and find out as much as we could from each other. The interview infringe of the panel consisted of introducing our partner and giving an example of outstanding customer service. After everyone did this, the panel excused themselves to make a decision on who got to the next round of interviews.

    Interview

I applied for the position on wynnjobs.com and got an email confirming the interview and location within several days. I however applied for both the nightclub and the casino. Upon arrival the interview began 15 minutes late and a young lady announced that the position was only for the casino and that the nightclub was not hiring for any cocktail servers at all. However, I had managed to email the HR before attempting to clarify this and that the nightclub positions were still available and that there was consideration for both. Another young woman came out and asked if any women had any tattoos and those with tattoos in inappropriate areas were immediately disqualified. The steady extra position was described to us in that you need to have completely open availability at any time. The cocktail waitress is the face of the casino etc. There was three women and they awkwardly asked you to stand in front of them instead of in front of the group of girls, to all answer the same question. the experience overall was very confusing because it seems like the management couldn't determine whether the nightclub was actually hiring or not. Either way, there was 3 different answers that I got from the same source.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Wynn Resorts (Las Vegas, NV) in July 2014.

    Interview

It was a group interview with about 30 pretty women in a room with the director and her two assistants facing us. The ones with noticeable tattoos are kicked out. The director first explains what the job is about and answers a few questions before the actual interview starts. She then calls your name through a random list and have you speak in front of everyone while facing the director. A lot of women are either nervous or confident in what they have to say for their answer. Overall the director did try to make the experience fun by trying to make everyone laugh. By the end of the interview you will be given a call with a week to see if you'll be moving forward and have a 1 on 1 interview with the hiring manager.

    Interview

I applied online and a couple weeks later got an email for a panel interview, I went to the panel interview and got asked to come back next week. The next step was with 45 other people, in front of 4 managers and we were told to answer one question they asked us. You had one chance to give them their ideal sentence they were looking for. They then called 8 people and told the rest of the people to leave.

Made it to group interviews. They are very superficial. Could care less what you say. They are looking for a certain type. If you meet that mold then what you say and your resume will be taken into account.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a dayinterviewed at Wynn Resorts in July 2013.

    Interview

I went on the career website for Wynn resorts and came upon a marketing position with XS Nightclub I thought I’d be perfect for, so I applied. The next day I was offered to schedule a time to interview. The email was misleading as it said it would be a group interview, but they were taking people in one by one. When it came my turn to interview, the Human Resources guys was 30 minutes late so I ended up interview at 2:30, when my assigned time was 2:00. The actual interview was dreadful; he was monotone, didn't seem excited at all like he really didn't want to be there, said um a lot and stumbled over his words. He only asked me two questions: Have you worked in the nightclub industry and were you able to wok the hours specified, NOTHING ELSE. Nothing about my marketing experience or hospitality experience, which I do have a lot of that would supplement not working in the nightclub industry, so don’t even say that’s why I wasn't selected. I was way more professional than any of the other applicants interviewing; I wore a suit, I did my homework and asked many intelligent questions, but it still seemed like the interviewer didn't want anything to do with me and was incredibly unprofessional. This was the most unpleasant interview experience I have ever encountered. Took no more than 3 minutes. After I was done, he said his boss would email me to set up a second interview, but I knew I was not going to be selected right then and there.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Wynn Resorts (Las Vegas, NV) in March 2010.

    Interview

Placed an application that I completely forgot about with Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas. The initial application required a personality test that was about an hour long. After this, I just forgot about the application and moved on with my job search.

Months passed. Out of the blue, I was called in for an interview at the hotel. It was a 2:1 interview in which two hotel managers interviewed me alone. They test your knowledge of the property, which is standard, and ask a few behavioral questions (i.e. Name a time when you had difficult guest interaction and how did you handle it?). The interview seemed to flow pretty well and the questions thereafter seemed to had depend on the response you gave. The managers seemed pretty easy to speak with and weren't really intimidating.

They informed me that the position they are interviewing for was on-call, which I was okay with, and the start date would be around mid-May. It is now June 10th as I write this and they haven't contacted me, nor informed me if I was declined a job offer. My job application sits on their career website as "currently being considered." The lack of communication they are willing to give me in regards to my pre-employment with them says a lot about what may follow if I were to get a job offer and accept. At this point, if they were to call, I would no longer be interested in the position.
