Interview Details – Had a pleasant conversation with HR management. Second part was conversation with an owner as a technical interview. It was very arrogant behavior. Questions were very spatial and had no connection between them. Most were unrelated to the concrete job opportunity. Was asked on the general algorithmic theory (algorithm complexity and performance measurement) and team leading and releasing activities. No questions on front-end practices, no questions on mobile technologies, no questions on software modeling and design, no questions on patterns and programming practices, etc.
