No Offer – Interviewed in Seattle, WA Jan 2013 – Reviewed Feb 5, 2013

Interview Details – 1. 3 interviews. 3 separate Managers. Third one was with guy who looked as if he hasn't showered in 3 weeks.
2. Phone interview, In person which takes about 1.5 hours.
3. There is little to no respect for your time while waiting for the interview. I waited for 30 mins just to speak with each manager.
4. This seems like a tech start up who is looking for new college grads to put the ringer. The average person last 90 days or less which is clearly stated in the interview.

Interview Question – Mock sales Call. 3rd Interview guy was asking questions not related to job at all. This interview is all about fitting into their company culture. I have multiple years experience in mortgage as well as sales background.   Answer Question

No Offer – Interviewed in Irvine, CA – Reviewed Nov 19, 2012

Interview Details – Called by human resources. Then called by Sales manager out of the Irvine office. Interviewed by speakerphone which was annoying. It felt like being interviewed by a guy who manages a boiler room.

No Offer – Interviewed in Aug 2012 – Reviewed Dec 11, 2012

Interview Details – Phone interview with Recruiter and then Sales VP a few days after applying online for position in Orange County California office. Then a very quick call back the next day for in person interview onsite.
Inperson interview consisted of 4 managers interviewing one after the other in a small room.

Interview Question – Tell me what candy you really don't like, okay now try to sell it to me. Same question exactly as I saw in a previous review.   Answer Question

Interview Details – Great company with a fantastic opportunity. Apparently you need to know someone who already works there to be considered for a position. Be prepared to do on the spot role playing sales calls. You will also be quizzed about company executive board and their backgrounds.
