Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Downers Grove, IL Jul 2011 – Reviewed Sep 12, 2011
Interview Details – I submitted an application. Was then contacted by one of the store managers to meet him for an interview at a local hotel. We met in the hotel's breakfast area. I had the impression that the interviewer had made up his mind to hire me, based simply upon the strength of my resume. The "interview" was very brief and unstructured. At the end of the interview, I was informed that I would be contacted to arrange for a second interview with the Store Manager. I received the follow-up call, met with the Store Manager for about 5 minutes. I was sent for a drug test and received an offer letter within 3 days.
Interview Question – I really don't remember any of the specific questions. The questions, as I recall, were simple qualifying question, like "Can your evenings and weekends?" View Answer
Negotiation Details – No negotiation. Commission only.
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Raleigh, NC Apr 2008 – Reviewed May 1, 2010
Interview Details – Once I put my application online, about 2 days later the G.M. contacts me to go for a interview. Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Wyomissing, PA Apr 2010 – Reviewed Apr 16, 2010
Interview Details – First you meet with a recruiter aND THEY ASK YOU VARIOUS SCENARIOS. Then if they like you they will ask you to to do a drug test and they already do a background check before you accept the drug test. Then you wait until the drug test comes back. Be forewarned the drug testing site is rude and makes you feel like a criminal, I dont use illegal drugs but they made me feel like a criminal. Also taking prescription medication to testing site is not important my test got sent to a lab for further testing because I take a prescription medication and held up the hiring process.
