I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at lululemon.

Interview Details – I applied online, was contacted for a group interview almost immediately. The group interview consisted of three candidates and two lululemon employees. The questions that we were asked were the same as the ones you answer when you fill out the online application. We filled out an availability sheet and that was it.

Interview Question – When is the last time you have felt challenged? How would you describe a perfect day?   Answer Question

I applied online and the process took 4 days - interviewed at lululemon in March 2014.

Interview Details – I just went through the first step of the process, which was a group interview. I was surprised at how relaxed it was. Everyone was told to dress comfortably. I can't say that the questions were hard because they mainly pertained to your personality, your health and fitness and topics of that nature.

Interview Question – No question was difficult. I was surprised that more questions were not asked about retail experience, but I suppose that will come if a one on one interview is scheduled. Overall, a great experience.   Answer Question

I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at lululemon.

Interview Details – I only got through the first interview. As soon as I got there I immediately started second guessing myself. DO NOT apply to this place unless you are a die hard fitness junkie. As someone that just does yoga, I was expecting to be fine since that is what the company is based around. They asked "how do you sweat? What is a goal that you would want to accomplish? Why lululemon? What is your creative outlet?

Interview Question – What's something that your passed management team have criticized you on and how did you take it?   Answer Question

I applied online and interviewed at lululemon.

Interview Details – I went to the group interview. We were asked similar questions based on the application questions. I felt like it went really well. However, i got an email a few days later saying they went with another person. I assumed it was one of the people in my group because they worked at a different lulu lemon and wanted to switch locations. I did not think it was fair

Interview Question – All of the questions do not really have to do with you actually working in retail but more towards fitness and health.   View Answer

I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at lululemon in October 2013.

Interview Details – The initial interview is a group interview with about 7-10 other applicants. Here the managers will as basic questions and ask for feedback, you might also be asked to share/teach the group something for 2 minutes.

The second interview is an interview with either the assistant manager or the store manager. They will ask you specific questions about your experience and how comfortable you are with the role. After the interview you'll be invited to a complimentary yoga class, which is great experience to build up a rapport with management.

If management feels like you are a good fit for that specific store they will call you to let you know you have the job

I interviewed at lululemon in February 2014.

Interview Details – I applied online for a job in January, then followed up by bringing a copy of my application into the store one week later. The hiring manager was there when I went in and gave a me a little interview and told me that they weren't looking to hire right now but that they would keep me on file. I called once a week for the next 3 weeks and still nothing. Finally I got an invite to a group interview which, as everyone else has said, was a lot like the application. There were 5 women in my interview and we just went around in a circle and answered questions. It has been a week and I have neither received a call nor an email from the store. Overall the process has been very frustrating and confusing.

I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at lululemon.

Interview Details – Lululemon had one of the more fun interview processes that i have ever done. The questions on the online application were fun and asked things like "if you had the chance to give anyone a high-five who would it be," and "what is your life's theme song?"
I filled out an online application and then a week later was asked to meet for a group interview. The interview was very casual and was a group of about 6 applicants at a coffee shop.

I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at lululemon in February 2014.

Interview Details – Applied online and was invited to a group interview. The process was unorganized - the hiring manager was not visible at the site of the interview. We (4 people) waited for 20 min at the front entrance inside the cafe and ended up calling the store which is nearby. The hiring manager was actually there - interviewing one girl and did not notice the other 4 girls at the front door entrance.

We did manage to get 15 min of her time... for all 4 of us. The questions were : " What goal did you accomplish recently?" "When was the last time you received negative feedback?"

The questions are easy and quite unrelated to the job, so I'm not sure how they hire.

Received a rejection email the following day - which ended up in my junk mail... so check your junk mail!

Interview Question – There were no difficult questions   Answer Question
