    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Vancouver, WA).

    Interview

I applied online and was contacted one to 2 weeks later. Girls dressed in all styles: full out lulu gear to dresses and backpacks to casual to semi formal. I felt I was overdressed in formal. They ask you two ice breaker questions and then get into 3 or 4 questions to find out about you. There were 13 other girls, the main interviewer asking the questions (also the one who contacted us for the interview) and 3 other people who took notes and barely spoke. The second part was an activity where you pick out clothes for a scenario given to you. The scenario is given to you on a paper and it outlines the main features that the clothes you choose need to have. For example, a runner wants something light, soft and cottony, layers, etc. The tags on the clothes say exactly what the scenario says. Just pick the right ones and explain why you chose that item. Don't point out why you didn't choose a different item, why you couldn't, or what you weren't able to choose because there weren't any pieces left etc. Third part is filling out some forms for later use, and a typing test. The test was explained to just be a way to see if you can type at all. Your score doesn't matter too much. At the end the interviewer asks if anyone has any questions. There is another interview for a 1 on 1.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at lululemon (Savannah, GA) in August 2015.

    Interview

First interview was very informal. Everyone wore LuLu Lemon, we sat on the ground outside, and discussed life. At my location, three people were interviewed for two positions. I did not get a second interview despite being professional, taking notes, and wearing LuLu Lemon. I believe that the interviewer was looking for something in particular. I was the only "white" girl at my interview.

    Interview

IT WAS SO MUCH FUN. You will be asked the strangest and most honest 11 questions of your life. If you are called in for an interview it is usually in a group setting. The group setting focuses on sharing and discussing your personal achievements as well as strengths, weaknesses and problem solving skills. Should you be invited back, you will be asked to attend a workout class with your team or just your management team. This is usually required and it is to help them gauge your authenticity.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

There was a little room to negotiate your salary, but not much room for anything else. There are requirements for availability that must be met in order to be accepted and made an offer.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at lululemon (Greenwich, CT).

    Interview

I applied online and was contacted immediately to set up a time for a group interview, which is their customary way of hiring people. Unfortunately, no one was designated a specific time to speak - instead, only the loudest, most outgoing people were able to speak and thereby impress the interviewer. The interviewer herself seemed biased to these people and eventually started ignoring those who didn't speak as much.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at lululemon in July 2015.

    Interview

I applied online to a bunch of stores, and heard back from two on the same day. Both were group interviews that were very relaxed and fun. Both times the assistant manager said they would be getting back to us that day or the next to let us know whether or not we'd be going to the next stage... I haven't heard back and it's been a week now. I sent a follow up email, but it was ignored.

    Interview

The first interview is a group interview. It's fairly laid back. If you have any lululemon clothing, wear it. After the group interview you should hear back within 2 weeks whether you got the second interview or not. Dress nicely for the second interview. FOR EVERY INTERVIEW YOU SHOULD ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY.

    Interview

Getting the interview was easy, all I did was call the store closest to me and ask if they were hiring. They'll usually tell you about the next group interview that's coming up because they have them all the time. So when I got to the interview there was about 10 of us total and I knew I wasn't going to get it because there were at least 4 girls who already were friends with the manager or long-time customers of that specific store, so they already had an in with the manager. The questions were easy and the managers were nice, so the overall vibe was a good one. I didn't hear back from them because even though I did well in the interview, they were just too many people who already knew the manager taking the jobs.

i was called in for a group interview, and following that i had a one on one with the assistant manager. i was told i would be called in 3 days to meet with the store manager. it has been 3 weeks and i still have not heard from them. i have reached out to them and called them 4 times to ask what was going on because i did really want the job, and still haven't heard anything. the hiring process is kind of unprofessional, and a little to relaxed.
