    I worked at Aéropostale full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Aeropostale has great benefits which is always good for full timers. I felt like their training and development of all employees full time and part time was amazing. I learned everything I know about running a business thanks to Aero. The company used to really value their people, that all started to change towards the end.

    Cons

    No work-life balance, low pay for a lot of responsibility and requirements, people are not their 1st priority, heavy unorganized workload.
