I have been working at ABB full-time (more than 5 years)

For Caucasians the sky is the limit. The buddy-buddy systems allow you to quickly ascend the ladder whether you have the technical experience or not. Being young and Caucasian is all you need to get ahead at ABB South Boston.

African-Americans and other minorities are stepped on, bossed around and continuously told they are worthless. Experience, degrees and working hard is meaningless if you are a minority. You are not even given the chance to apply for higher level positions since they automatically appointed to Caucasian employees. A prerequisite for becoming a manager at ABB South Boston is being Caucasian and young. All others should expect to be trapped under a glass ceiling.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow African-Americans a fair opportunity to climb the ladder. Get rid of the racist views. Fairly pay the African-Americans equivalently to the Caucasians.
