Work from home is nice
Workload is insane. Co-workers don't work well together, everyone cares about their interests alone rather than the greater good. There aren't enough resources or consistent, user-friendly reference tools for us to get answers. Things change faster than employees can adapt. Management doesn't know much about various work streams and what it is that we really do. Duties are too numerous for the positions. Absolutely no work/life balance.
Advice to Management
Take pause on initiatives long enough to help employees get up to speed with ever changing methodology. Help us get our heads above water. Do some clean up and damage control for a short while so we feel supported and want to stay.
