    I worked at ADP

    Pros

They throw enough trips and contests at sales people that they make it interesting. Good place to make friends because the most of the people that work there are young.

    Cons

Doesn't feel like you're working at a real job. You have to play the politics game in order to get leads sent your way. Otherwise it's all cold calling and hunting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Should offer more of a career path for sales people other than managing other crappy sales people. Should try to do a better job of keeping employee morale more positive.
