I have been working at AT&T full-time (less than an year)

Amazing money....made over 60k my first year and was promoted to management 11 months in. Benefits are great pay is great and management all depends on where you are honestly. People have been saying micromanaging as a con but that all depends on your location and management team. One thing about the company at least where I was at was that they are constantly pushing you to succeed and get promoted. They want the best for all of there employees. It's also a very very large unioned employer so the union is always something thrown around at the office, as far as my office it was thrown around jokingly.

There really aren't any cons besides the work hours as non management. It's tough to work 9-10 hours a day on your feet. They do it that way so you get to work a full 8 hours a day instead of just 7 and a lunch.
