I worked at AT&T full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great benefits, but i didnt need them after I left. My health and state of mind improved dramatically after I left the company!

    Cons

High stress environment, constant policy and procedure changes made it impossible to meet required stats to receive your bonus.
Finding bogus reasons to let go of tenured reps to make room for the cheaper new hires is not cool. The union reps didn't lift a finger to help stand up for us when issues were brought to their attention and when it came down to contract negotiations, they just caved to the company's demands.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I challenge the people responsible for making the constant policy and procedure changes (Management, QA, Center Director, CEO, etc.) to do your rep's jobs for 90 days and see how long you last!
