None to be very honest.
Avoid AT&T at all cost. They dont treat their employees well as all. There is way too much sales pressure, managers will linger around you trying to listen to your conversations while you're with customers to make sure you're offering them everything you sell. Commission keeps decreasing as the years go by, but the sales pressure keeps increasing. Most of the management are young individuals who are not capable of being in that position and a lot of them don't even know their job well. They are very condescending as well. They dont care about your family life at all, schedule changes very often, not only that if you call in sick you get 1 point, if you're late you get points as well ( I understand the points if you're late, I respect punctuality) but being sick is a different story. Once you get 4 points they write you up. Its an unfair place of work.
Advice to Management
Trust your employees and treat them with respect.
