    Pros

You are thrown into a class of other 20-something year olds so it is a great transition from college into corporate life

    Cons

very uptight work environment, pass exams or you are asked to leave the program, they say 75% of people graduate from the program and it is definitely true, they expect you to know everything, horrible work life balance--- you are expected to take these really difficult exams and know everything about AT&T and their products, a dry, horrible culture-- almost everyone I started with has left or is trying to leave.

    Advice to Management

stop trying to scare away people while they are in the program, need to be more supportive
