I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than 3 years)

Tremendous opportunity for growth and defining your career path for motivated professionals

If you are not comfortable putting your foot down it is very easy to get over worked or stuck on a project you do not like

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Everyone is "type A". I think this pushes out work but dampens the creativity of other employees. In the Federal practice people get developed an promoted in vacuums and the current laddering process favors those employees. It creates leadership that is not well developed to the Accenture brand and hampers development of analysts.
