I worked at Airgas full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

As we add more and more drivers to our roads we will need more and more fuel. In this field there is job stability and security.

    Cons

This is a highly competitive cut throat field where companies have under bid each other for so long it is hard to keep quality employees because they can't pay them what they are worth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When you find a good quality employee, pay them what they are worth, don't make them solve other branches failure's or all of that training will walk away.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
