I worked at American Specialty Health full-time for more than 10 years

Good benefits, like minded co-workers, potential to gain vast amounts of experience

Lack of communication between departments, lack of resources, not flexible, employees are under valued, low pay

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the feedback employees are giving. We aren't saying the same things month over month to have it fall on deaf ears. Management is stretched way too thin with only a select few able to make any decisions or provide guidance. ASH has grown tremendously over the years yet management seems stuck in their old ways of trying to motivate staff. The old ways: quarterly meetings, lunches, etc., doesn't work with 3+ locations. Employees want to be praised for the work they do and paid well for that work.
