    Employee Development
    A balanced approach to work and life
    Good Benefits Package including stock options
    They hire good people to work with and for.

    (Not a pro or con, pay is about average for the industry.)

    Cons

    The only con I experienced would be the worst bonus structure of any company I have worked for in the industry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Improve the bonus program, if there was opportunity to make 10-20% of your annual pay in bonuses it would have enticed me to stay over moving my family out of state for a differing opportunity for my wife.
