    The company has a broad technology base with applicable solutions for the SMB to enterprise market space. The platform approach provides a single vendor option for companies looking to acquire various types of technologies, which is attractive to them.


    Many of the technologies do not play together well. Management is incredibly under-experienced, both in management and the ability to mentor those they supposedly manage. The company also pays ridiculously below market average in any given position, and inappropriately doles out titles like candy to entice people to stay. This will NOT serve any of the people getting those titles later on in their career, as they will quickly be discovered as being under-qualified for their position title.

    Advice to Management

    Higher people into management positions that actually have requisite experience. Treat your subordinates with respect, and figure out who needs what kind of guidance, and how, in order to grow and mature in their role.
