This California location lets you work when you want to!

Upward mobility does not exist for part time employees. No one pays attention to current employees let alone look at their skills or previous work experience as it relates to advancement. Part time employees are not considered unless they have car or truck rental experience, especially if you are a Transfer Driver (for 5 years). Human Resources runs things in California even though they have no idea what goes on in the field. Most managers are desk jocks with little field experience and no decision making authority.

    Advice to Management

We do employee surveys every year. Maybe upper management should read the results because in 5 years nothing has changed. Human Resources runs things in California. Maybe managers should step up and manage rather than allow H.R. to manage for them.
