The Manager/Senior Manager of Retirement Programs will directly oversee the administration of the US Retirement Plans and the management of the US 401(k) Plan. In addition, this role will also assist in the coordination, evaluation and data management of our global pension plans and corporate reporting requirements. Detailed Job Function: • Manage the administration of the US Pension Plan including but not limited to participant accounts, plan and regulatory compliance, performing pension calculations and distribution • Work with ERISA counsel and established actuaries on plan compliance and plan changes • Coordinate the data management of all global pension and retirement plans • Manage the daily administration and plan compliance of the company's 401(k) plan • Work closely with Treasury to monitor plan assets and changes if necessary • Work closely with 401(k) plan administrator to develop participant education materials to increase employee participation • Assist in plan …
