    Pros

    Good benefits, especially for younger employees, Management is very friendly and most of the systems are very good. I am given the tools to do my job effectively.

    Cons

    Very limited input in decision making. Very limited opportunity for advancement. NO room for creativity. Procedures often put in place that are poorly planned and executed. Some current procedures are obviously flawed, however there is very little support or recognition of the problem. Some successes are obviously well over stated, to the point that many employees “give up” or just follow along with the deception. Either way it breeds contempt for upper management and tears down trust.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to employees regarding computer systems and procedures. Pay employees on revenue generated, not "behaviors" that may or may not generate revenue.
