The staff, peers, and quality physicians. A good place to work of you are not in a management position.

There is all new administration, and they are extremely inexperienced. It's shows through and through in regards to how the CEO and CNO treat people. They lead by fear and intimidation. The pay is low and of they want you gone, you are gone. There is little support and absolutely no mentoring. Management is spread thin and ineffective.

    We and not I.
    Coach and not demand.
Give credit instead of taking credit.
Active listening instead of pretending like it.
The CEO asks questions to make you think he cares, but he doesn't listen to what you have to say.
