    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look for abuse in your from your managers and supervisors. Don't put a green stamp in the mail, letting them know it's okay to treat people that way. Investigate when problems arise, and never blame the person that have been abusive. Finally, never ever fire the person who has been wrongly and blacklist them.
