    Pros

being a large organization results in lots of new opportunities to move vertical.
Great for starting off a career and getting a variety of different experiences.
Some smaller teams are good and fun to work with.

    Cons

The industry as a whole is stagnant and monopolistic--thus marketing is NOT top notch.
large complex matrix organization -- so anything takes a lot of time to implement and get consensus.

    Neutral Outlook
