I have been working at Bluehost full-time (Less than a year)

Free food, awesome people to work with. Being 24/7 means that there are tons of schedules so you can work full time and go to school.

Being promoted in a lot of cases means you work more but make less. If you make a decent amount of commission, moving up means you will lose out on all that, but have a ton more work.

    Advice to Management

Make it more enticing to move up. You want your best techs to want to work more, not have them hang back and stay an L1 so that they don't take a pay cut.
