High Volume, fast pace, compensation is good.
A person learns through life from every manager he/she has ever had whether the manager was a good manager or a bad manager. You definitely learn what kind of manager NOT to be. A good manager supports the team, develops the team players, collaborates, has an open door policy, can lead the team and certainly doesn't have the team do his/her job for him/her!

No leadership! A HUGE disconnect between HR-Recruiting Team & DM's. Company spends an abundant of money, more like wastes money! Money is not spent on advertising, marketing or updating ALL locations, but spent on frivolous travel.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

HR management needs to collaborate with the recruitment team. Expectations of the specific job should be clearly expressed and there needs to be a team commodity. There is no "team." There is extreme nepotism and favortism amongst corporate employees. Extremely high turnover.
